Boyfriend Blazer x Oliver Peoples

The Boyfriend Blazer, adding to my collection of boyfriend things without the actual boyfriend part. Pair this blazer with a pretty blouse or a band tee when you're feeing too cool for school. Needless to say, I love its versatility. It's a sharp jacket that can look sleek and chic or cool and casual.

While on the journey of making more and spending less, I decided to spend less on my eyeballs. I've gotten use to wearing daily contact lenses, which can really rack up a bill. And so I delve into the world of eyeglasses. Oliver Peoples was an easy decision. I love their branding, and the quality of their acetate frames are unparalleled. They plastic simply looks more dense and shinier than others. Clear frames are heavily trending and a fun way to change up your look, while saving monies!

When I spot a stylish woman in a jumpsuit, I can almost feel my pupils dilate from the spurt of fascination. My eyes lock in, and my mind quickly attempts to examine the mystique behind this bold and confident person (Where did she come from? Where is she going? How is she so cool?! Really wish I was I wearing my jumpsuit right now!).

Someone who wears a jumpsuit is daring to be different, while speaking elegance and sophistication. I do have to warn you: Most men don't like jumpsuits. But most men don't quite understand fashion. Therefore, this type of disapproving man is as good as a backseat driver. Dress for the women. They are the ones who will appreciate your stylish endeavors.

Pro tip: Throw your hair in a low, messy bun. Sling a leather jacket over your shoulders, cape-style, to emit an air of nonchalance. Slay, girl.

Minimale Animale

Are you due for a Girl's Night out? Give your dresses and skirts the night off and opt for a bodysuit and trousers, just to keep things interesting! I balanced this sexy bodysuit with chic black trousers for an elegant, yet sultry look. (Tasteful side-boob, as my teenage sister calls it).

There's something about a menswear inspired piece that makes me feel most feminine. I feel bold, empowered--and it's always fun doing something you're not 'supposed' to do.

The bodysuit I'm wearing is actually a one-piece swimsuit by Minimale Animale, my absolute favorite swimwear brand. The material is ribbed and thick enough to be worn as a top. The trousers are vintage. They were my mother's from the 90's. I finished the look with my extra pointy pumps by BCBG. They don't make 'em this pointy anymore! I still get compliments every time I wear this 3D gold clutch. Get yours from the link below!

I hope you ladies are inspired to try a different look every now and then!

Special thanks to Marco Alexander for making my photos look this fab! I truly love this photo set. Thanks so much for reading, guys. Make today a great one!

Crop Circle

Normally, I wouldn't wear sweatpants out in public but these hemp drop crotch sweatpants from Groceries are sicker than your average. They're 100% organic and made in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Pair them with sneakers for an instant cool. Highly suggested as an airport outfit or for running errands on-the-go.
