Champagne Wishes

I'm baaaaaack! Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. My brother was visiting from Philadelphia and it seemed like we were on a never-ending quest to soak up the sun and devour all the food in Nor Cal (Northern California). I'd say it was a success :)

Let's get back to this outfit, shall we? :) I styled this look starting with these champagne jogger pants. I always start with a statement piece and style around it so my outfit doesn't look turn out so busy.

Grey, light blue and champagne; isn't it a pretty color palette? The denim top and champagne pants go so well together, but I added the hat for an urban flair. I'd say the hat also tones down the dressy pants, and makes this look more casual. I finished the look the with these killer holographic heels from Steve Madden, which I've been wearing with almost everything. I'm kind of extreme like that :)

I hope everyone is having a fantastic week! Thanks a bunch for reading!

Hi, everyone! I hope your weekend is off to a great start!

Sometimes when dressing up, I ditch the dress and opt for a menswear-inspired look. I paired this structured vest with extra long wide-leg pants, and offset the masculinity with a lacy black bralette and high heel femininity. I love how the vest is cut and how it accentuates my shoulders. I also posted one of my favorite menswear looks this year worn by the fabulous Nicole Richie. Have an wonderful weekend, and thank you so much for reading!

Hello, frenz! I hope your holidays were as cheerful as mine! I went to a few holiday parties and I’ve finally recovered from eating everything in sight. Now I’m packing for our New Year’s trip to Lake Tahoe. Weeeee!

I picked up this sweater at a rock show in San Francisco when my Belle Noire friends opened for I the Mighty – such an awesome show! I love buying band tees (or sweaters!) to kind of relive the night, and to support the artists, of course! Rock bands have the most creative t-shirt designs compared to other musicians, in my opinion. I thought this sweater was dope. When I was 7 or 8-years-old, I had a similar crew neck sweatshirt from Disneyland sans the scariness, so it was only right for me to rock this piece.  I probably wouldn’t wear this sweatshirt in Disneyland, wouldn’t want to take anything away from Mr. Mouse, himself haha. Though, it’s pretty handy as an ice breaker. Check out these bands in the links below! Happy New Year, everyone!!
