Feeling like Jessica Rabbit IRL thanks to this dress from Boutique Dandelion. If there's one physical feature I like to show off, it's my gams (leg day every day) and I naturally gravitate towards things with high slits. Such a classic, sexy cut enhanced by the sultry, crushed red velvet. Give me half a reason to wear this faux fur coat and I'm there. Loving my new clear heels and how they elongate le gams. This outfit is currently on standby for when I finally hit the lottery and score $10 tickets to see Hamilton at the Orpheum Theatre. (To the big dogs at the Orpheum, if you're reading this, pick me, pick me!)
Currently on heavy rotation in my everyday wardrobe is this crew neck pullover. I paired it with a whimsical skater skirt and nude heels for a street wear flair. Though just the other day, I styled it with high-waisted denim, kicks and french braid pigtails. I get pretty excited over a piece that I'm able to dress up or dress down. I love its dolman sleeves, and the relaxed crop cut is good for when I'm trying to hide from the sun without making me feel too covered up. A weekend at Coachella left me tan af, so I like to wear long sleeves when I'm "off-duty" in order for my skin to lighten up lol. But if you have a sun-kissed tan, I'm not mad at ya. To top off this polished look, my Givenchy handbag came out to play. I've had it for a couple years, but I still crack a little smile when admiring its 1970's color block detailing.

Hi, friends! Today's look is all about cutouts. I've been seeing more and more cutouts on dresses, tops, pants and even shoes and I think they keep things interesting. If you're like me, you might have different variations of the same top. There's nothing wrong with a basic top, but it's nice to change it up and wear a different cut once in a while!
Caged, strappy or cutout tops show just enough skin to catch someone's eye without showing too much. How pretty is this caged dress from 2bella Boutique? I love the details such as the tiny rings connecting the straps and the embellished hem. Isn't the caged neckline more interesting than a basic tank dress? Because the dress is flowy, it pairs well with my Michael Kors gladiator sandals. Since this look is cute and a bit edgy, you could wear it day or night. I hope everyone is having a fabulous week! Thanks for reading, guys!
It's warming up in San Francisco and God knows I love a crop top! For this look, I'm borrowing from the boys and rocking boyfriend jeans, "Versace" boxer briefs and a menswear-inspired watch. It's ironic how boyfriends hate boyfriend jeans. I find it a little sexist. Not everything a woman wears must be form-fitting! These jeans make me feel like a baddie and that's why I love them! I threw on a leather hat, adding another sporty element to this look and finished with white pumps for a chic little twist. It's a casual outfit, but sexy enough for a night out if you're brave enough to nix the standard clubwear dress. Certain clothes can make you feel different ways, may it be girly, professional or badass. Give this look a shot and see how it makes you feel!
For this shoot, I linked up with David Soloman, an amazing Nigerian photographer who was here on a business trip. One fun thing about fashion blogging is that every day is different and you never know who you're going to meet. For me, it's always enriching to get a glimpse of life through someone else's perspective. Beauty is all around us but happiness comes from within. In the words of Joan Crawford, "I have always known what I wanted and that was beauty... in every form." I'll leave you guys with that. Thanks for reading, guys, and Happy Monday!
