Mesh Triangle Bikini Top and High-Waisted Bikini Bottoms

Green Machine. Getting my Betty Page on in Forever 21. As far as swimsuit bottoms, I've been all about that retro fit, namely high waisted and high leg cuts. When it comes to mesh panels, there's a fine line between well done versus downright trashy. Look for panels that complement the curves of your body instead of panels that are blocky or busy. Forest Green is such a rich and regal color--a shade that looks great on every skin tone! It's easily one of my favorite colors to don.

Blushing All The Way Home

As tough as pink will ever be--a pink suede moto jacket! I may be feminine, but I can't say that I'm girly, and this is as girly as it gets. I couldn't resist this blush tone. Such a refreshing color. Whoever said pink was a spring color obviously lives by these "rules," whereas I do not. Wear it with neutrals such as white, grey or black.

There's something playful about fruit-printed clothing. Pineapple prints are everywhere these days and it might have something to do with the tropical, summery and suggestive connotation (you know what I'm talking about)! It's fun, it's flirty and sweet to the senses! It definitely adds character to the whimsical cut of this dress.

The tight bodice and flowy skirt make this dress flattering for all body types because it shrinks the waist and gives shape to the hips. I love how well it moves! It's a bit too girly for me on it's own, so I took a scarf and tied it around the crown of my head. Now the dress gives a 1950s pin-up vibe! If you're looking for a pop of color, red is the safest accent to any outfit. I finished the look with a pair of chunky wooden heels, which contributes to the retro feels. Wear this look out to brunch, a picnic or any fun daytime outings!

The New White Button-Up

Top: Tildon, Shorts: American Apparel, Shoes: Steve Madden, Hat: Forever 21  |  Photos by Miguel Nuestro

Sheer and mesh tops have been causing such a stir! I love the alluring element of this trend; playful, with touch of elegance. Add some drama to your classic camisole with this barely there button-up. Try wearing it with a tank to add some flair to everyday attire or wear it with a bandeau and waxed leggings for a Girl’s Night Out.

I like to mix and match different looks, so I added the hat for a street wear twist, then softened the look with ladylike silver sandals. I love these heels, they look fab dressed up or dressed down. I finished the look with a silver body chain, I find these look great with almost anything!
